Stop chasing the Blessings and chase the KING!
I heard this in my heart this morning, as clear as anything,
“I am bringing my people back to the person of Jesus…for it is all about Him.”
Jesus.
Say His name. Jesus.
His is the highest name. His is the name above all names. His is the name that is Victory. His is the name of our Lord and Saviour. He is worthy. Worthy of all praise. He deserves it all. He is our King.
We are in times of upheaval. All over the world things are shifting and shaking. It has been like this for a time but it is yet again accelerating. Persecution may well accelerate. Wars and rumours of wars. Plagues, pandemics and mass fear.
This is not a time to be shaken. This is not a time to chase your blessing. This is not a time for the church to remain in isolation or claim the promises of God only for themselves. There is a world out there who needs Jesus. There is a Christian near you who needs your overflow.
This is the time to be filled. Full of God’s Word and His Spirit. It means you dwell in His presence until you fill up and overflow. Chase the King. Go after the Kingdom. Invest wholeheartedly in Kingdom Business.
I am fed up with noise. Noise in our life. Noise in our worship. Noise that covers up our true worship. Noise that covers up the moving of the Spirit in our hearts. Noise that tries to force God to turn up in our lives. I am not talking about a cry of desperation, or a cry of faith that reaches to the bottom of your soul. I am talking about noise that distracts. It can manifest in our connection to the world’s system but it can also come from a place of the flesh that wants to ‘feel’ something as we attempt to connect with God.
Seek Him. Seek Him in His Word. Seek Him in your heart.
“That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets.
And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us.”
1 Corinthians 2:9-10, 12
These scriptures are so dear to my heart. His Spirit searches the depths of God’s deep secrets. His Spirit lives in us. His Spirit, if we connect and seek Him out, will reveal to us those secrets. We can know the heart beat of God! We can know the person of Jesus!
We can know Him! Paul said.
“Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ”
Philippians 3:8
We can gain Him! He is our King! The INFINITE value of knowing The Anointed One and His Anointing (Christ). Jesus, my Lord!
He is wonderful! He lovely! He is AWESOME! He has broken all chains. He led captivity captive! He is DIED for you and I. He is Jesus!
Chase the King today. Have a healthy dissatisfaction with where you are with God. There is a sound in the Spirit. There is a sound of Abundance of Rain. The rain of the Holy Spirit is building up for a flood and it is here. Souls are on the way to the Kingdom as the manifestation of the believer comes to the forefront on the earth. I want to be there when the waves hit!!
Become determined to meet with God. Hear and connect with His heartbeat. Go back to your FIRST love. Let a fire fill your heart! The filling takes place in the fire. The fire of the Holy Spirit. The times of refreshing start in His presence.
We are nearly there. The End of Times. Jesus is returning soon. It won’t be long.
Worthy is the Lamb for He is holy.
